Booking Policy & Provider Privacy

Legal Notice: While there is no specific California law prohibiting off-platform bookings, Silver Liner Mobile Massage Studio reserves the right to uphold policies that protect the integrity of our business and our provider relationships.

Please do not request a provider’s personal phone number or attempt to schedule services outside of the Silver Liner platform. This compromises the quality and safety of our services.

Clients and providers who choose to engage in transactions outside of our system waive all protections, including liability coverage, customer support, and service guarantees. If such arrangements are made, we ask that you inform us. The provider will then be permanently removed from our network, and Silver Liner will no longer be responsible for any outcomes related to services rendered independently.

Respecting Boundaries & California Law

If a provider or representative from Silver Liner requests no further contact, it is critical that this boundary is respected.

Under California Penal Code Section 653m PC, any unwanted, repeated, or harassing communication—including phone calls, texts, emails, or other forms of contact—with the intent to annoy or disturb may result in criminal penalties, including fines and up to six months of jail time.
